Welcome to the Horenstein Family Law Blog, also known as the Washington Family Law Blog. Our law firm understands the emotional and frustrating feelings that all people feel when their world turns upside down because they have to make the choice to divorce, or obtain more child support, or modify a parenting schedule or when they are forced into the process by someone else’s decision. We believe whether you are in court awaiting a Judge’s decision, or you are mediating or simply coming to agreements with the other party, that having information reduces stress and helps you make better decisions. We believe that knowledge empowers you to survive this journey that affects you financially, emotionally, and physically. We decided to launch a new website with a blog because a blog allows us to share information with you easily and frequently.
