Our Attorneys

Jordan Taylor is a resident of Vancouver. He has been practicing law since 2009. Jordan’s practice emphasizes domestic relations and family law. He also has extensive experience in criminal law, appellate practice, and torts. Jordan graduated from Colgate University in 2004 with a double major in Economics and Chinese Language and Literature. He attended the University of Idaho College of Law and graduated in 2009. While in law school, he was a member of the Idaho Law Review and the president of the College’s Public Interest Law Group, which led students to the Gulf Coast in the wake of Hurricane Katrina to provide free legal services. While in law school, he was the first law student to receive the Pro Bono Award from the Idaho State Bar Association. He spent his final semester of law school as an extern with U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Thomas G. Nelson.

After law school, he clerked in Idaho’s Fifth District Court. Following his clerkship, he worked for two and a half years for the State of Idaho at the Appellate Public Defender. This included oral arguments before the Idaho Court of Appeals and high profile capital cases.

Since moving to Vancouver, WA, in 2013, Jordan has been working for the Scott Horenstein Law Firm and The Henderson Law firm. He is a member of the Family Law and Young Lawyer sections and enjoys volunteering at the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program and coaching the Hudson Bay Mock Trial team.
