Scott J. Horenstein is a life long resident of Vancouver. He is the founder of the Scott Horenstein Law Firm. Scott's practice emphasizes domestic relations. He advises and represents his clients on dissolution of marriage, child custody, parenting plans, support, visitation rights, domestic violence, restraining orders, paternity actions and adoptions. Scott also represents unmarried persons in property settlements and paternity actions with their domestic partners. He assists in obtaining the services of outside professionals and experts when needed concerning financial and tax issues as they relate to family law matters. Scott has extensive experience with prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

  • Written and updated annual supplements for the three-volume Washington Practice treatise on Family and Community Property law, published by West Publishing Company
  • Been a member of the Vancouver Planning Commission
  • Been an active member in the Chamber of Commerce
  • Acts as a Board member of Identity Clark County
  • Remains active in youth sports and is a Citizen member of the Vancouver Parks & Recreation Committee on ball fields
  • Remains active in the Boy Scouts and is himself an Eagle scout
